Deliverables / Focus will be:

• Guidance on Current State Analysis

  • Waste analysis
• Identify goals 
• Define project opportunities
• Develop a plan of action to achieve the goals
• Training on mapping and waste - live with materials for up to 7 participants
• Instructional Guides for sustainability and continuity

Embedded as a team member. Minimum of 8 hours/ week:

• (4) day week
• Travel expenses (hotel, airfare, car rental) & minimal per diem are an additional cost as incurred
• Unlimited email check-ins
• Unlimited text support thru life of engagement

• As defined by client and agreed to by both parties

We work with one or more people on your team, providing

• Materials including: slides, handout/references, games, tests
• Interactive, hands-on training
• Train-the-trainer to enable in-house training and employee development
